We had such a wonderful experience with Ivy! My daughter got a piercing and Ivy was incredibly sweet, calming, patient, and comforting from start to finish. She took her time and made my daughter feel completely at ease, explaining each step of the process so she knew exactly what to expect. Ivy was very thorough and truly cared about making this a positive experience. Thanks to her gentle and reassuring approach, my daughter felt comfortable and confident the entire time. They did a fantastic job on my brows. For the first time ever, I don’t have to touch them up every morning. They are so fluffy and pretty. My brows were so BALD before but I painted them in everyday. I didnt know they could have this much volume. 🥹 Not to mention, these are the sweetest people ever! I also have never let a single soul touch my brows (even pluck them) until this day. I don’t think I could trust anyone else but Jessica now 🥰
